Block Room Rate:
$220.00 per night (single or double occupancy)
Additional Person (18 yrs and older) $25.00 per person per night

Check-out: Before 11:00 am
Suites are offered at 20% off the prevailing rate, based on availability. Please contact Janessa Burdette if you are interested in a Suite.
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be guaranteed with your credit card. A 5-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled after the 5-day deadline, you will be charged a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.
Additional Tax and Service Charges:
Rates are subject to 12.5% tax, based on single or double occupancy. State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
Parking:
Self-parking rate of $20 per day or valet parking for $33 per day.
Extended Stay:
The room block rate is available to Conference registrants 3 days prior to and 3 days after the Conference.
Theme Park Tickets and Exclusive Benefits:
Walt Disney World theme park tickets can be purchased through the hotel reservation’s link above. As a conference attendee, you have access to special Theme Park tickets and advance purchase savings with an added BONUS on multi-day tickets for you and your travel party. Theme Park Tickets are valid up to seven days before, during and seven days after your meeting dates.
Complimentary transportation between the hotel and various Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and other selected locations.
