The Annual Mid-Session Briefing will be held Thursday, April 20 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Governors Club. Lunch will be served.
We are honored to announce that Commissioner Jimmy Patronis along with Rep. Jay Fant (R-Jacksonville) will be our guest speakers for the meeting. Commissioner Patronis was recently appointed by Governor Scott to the Florida Constitution Revision Commission which convenes every 20 years to review Florida’s Constitution and propose potential changes for Florida voters’ approval.
At this meeting, we will bring our members up-to-speed on the top business issues seeing action during this legislative session. Members of the House and Senate and the AIF lobby team will be present to discuss the recent passage of important legislation, as well as what lies ahead for AIF’s remaining priorities.
