Today Speaker Tom Feeney is pleased
to announce that Representative Mike Fasano (R-New Port Richey)
has been appointed as Chairman of the Healthy Communities Council and
Vice-Chairman of the Fiscal Responsibility Council.
"Mikes’ extensive background and leadership in
healthcare, elder care and criminal justice will serve the House
well in the upcoming year," said House Speaker Tom Feeney.
"I am excited to be given the opportunity to help
Speaker Feeney with his efforts to ensure quality health care
and to provide support during the budget challenges that lie
ahead," said Representative Mike Fasano. |
Last week, Speaker Feeney announced that Representative Sandy Murman
has been appointed Chairwoman of The Health and Human Services
Committee.
The changes will take effect immediately.
