Select Committee on Medical Liability Insurance Meets in
Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa

The Select Committee on Medical Liability Insurance will hold hearings this week at the following times:

• Miami February 13 9:00am - 11:30am University of Miami Medical School
  

• Ft. Lauderdale February 13 2:00pm – 5:00pm Nova SE University
  

• Orlando February 14 9:00am – 11:30am University of Central Florida
  

• Tampa February 14 2:00pm – 4:30pm Hillsborough Community College

Members of the press are welcome to all meetings and are encouraged to travel in between meetings with the committee members by coach bus. The cost is $30 per person to travel on the bus. All members of the press interested in participating must respond to Nicole de Lara no later than COB on Tuesday, February 11 th if they intend to travel with the committee members.  Members of the press are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements as well as travel arrangements to Miami and from Tampa .
