Division of Elections Rescinds Opinion on Political Committees
Conducting Issue-Oriented Polls
September 18 , 2007

Today the Division of Elections released a letter in which they announced that they would be rescinding an earlier opinion, dated August 20, 2007, that would have prevented political committees from conducting issue-oriented polling.
