As we anticipated, Senator Garrett Richter (R-Naples), Chair of the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee, has filed SB 2072 a workers' compensation bill that addresses the attorney fee issue that the Supreme Court created with its decision in the Murray case.  We have all talked about this issue for several months now and this bill is the result of much of our hard work. I know we were all very anxious to get a bill number so that we could finalize our documents and really start the advocacy process of supporting and passing this critical legislation. 

Talk to as many senators as you can and tell them to support SB 2072!
