“As Chief of Staff, Steve MacNamara will be an incredible asset to the Governor. He knows his way around the legislative process and has unique insights into both chambers having served Senate and House leadership in the past.

Steve has had a distinguished career in government and academia and his previous experiences will undoubtedly enable him to work closely with the Legislature to carry the Governor’s agenda forward. Gov. Scott and his team were able to celebrate several victories following this past legislative session, such as the landmark public pension reforms signed into law yesterday, and Steve is the right person to keep the momentum going.
