On Monday, April 11th over 80 of Florida’s top business leaders and association executives attended AIF’s 2011 Mid-Session Briefing in Tallahassee. Legislative leaders from each Chamber were in attendance, including Senate President Pro Tempore Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton) and Representative Chris Dorworth (R-Heathrow), to address our members.
Thus far, the 2011 Legislative Session has proven to be an encouraging year in pro-business policymaking. As we march into the half-way point of the 2011 Legislative Session, AIF continues to champion business-friendly proposals seeing progress this year.
