Late last week, the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) released a special report on Florida’s automobile no fault insurance, which details how the current system is in dire need of reform to protect Florida’s consumers and businesses.
PCI’s special report reveals straightforward solutions that will combat increased automobile insurance premiums and substantial increases in costs related to litigation, among others. AIF strongly supports the proposals outlined out by PCI and will continue to push for reform in today’s unsustainable system.
