Tallahassee, Fla. – The Associated Industries of Florida (AIF) today rounded out its Florida Cabinet endorsements by announcing it has endorsed Republican Attorney General Ashley Moody in her re-election bid to continue serving as Attorney General for the state of Florida.
“AIF is honored to round out its list of Florida Cabinet endorsements with its backing of Attorney General Ashley Moody as she seeks re-election,” said AIF President and CEO Brewster Bevis. “She has been an outspoken advocate and force for enforcing the laws of our state and promoting a strong judicial system. Both of these are key in having and maintaining a healthy state with a vibrant business environment, workforce, and economy, without burdensome regulations, and we’re proud to support her re-election.”
In regard to its Cabinet endorsements, AIF has also announced its support of CFO Jimmy Patronis in his re-election bid and of Wilton Simpson in his bid to serve as Florida’s Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
