Room Block Reservations:
Hotel reservations may be made by calling Ritz-Carlton Sarasota’s reservation department at 1-877-577-3089. Be sure to reference AIF Summer Retreat to take advantage of the reduced room rate.
Block Room Rate:
$289.00 per night (single or double occupancy)
Check-in: After 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Room Block Deadline:
May 21, 2026
Reservation Policy:
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Cancellation for individual reservations is 72 hours. No-Shows will be charged the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation.
Additional Tax and Service Charges:
Rates are subject to a discounted $30/room Nightly Resort Fee. All rooms subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at time of check-out.
Parking:
Reduced overnight valet parking rate of $41.25/ vehicle per day. Event parking fees are $30 daily. Self-Parking facilities are not available.
