Vice President of Political Operations – Jeremy Sheftel is a veteran political operative with experience managing local, congressional, and statewide campaigns in some of the top battleground states across the country - including Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining AIF, Jeremy served as Director of Political Strategy for a nationally recognized political strategy and public affairs firm. Jeremy served as campaign manager to former White House Physician and Senior Advisor to President Donald J. Trump, Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13), and former Congressman Lou Barletta’s race for Pennsylvania Governor.
Jeremy has worked for many of Florida’s top political leaders and organizations over the years including Senator Marco Rubio, Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam, Lt. Governor Carlos Lopez-Cantera, State Representative Matt Caldwell, and the Republican Party of Florida.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a degree in Risk Management & Insurance with a focus in Legal Studies.

Political strategist and government affairs consultant, Terraferma cut his teeth in Florida politics as a leader in the Republican takeover and domination of the Florida House of Representatives which is soon entering its 27th year. He began his career in 1994 as a Deputy House Campaigns Director and later served 14 years as the Director, covering three periods between 1997 - 2023. In the most recent 2022 elections, he guided House Republicans into electing the largest House Republican Majority in the modern era (85 - 35). He has also served as the Staff Director of the House Majority Office (2004-2006), Executive Director of the Idaho Republican Party (2017 - 2020) and adjunct instructor at Tallahassee State College (1994 - 2021). In 2023, Terraferma resumed managing his own political affairs and advocacy group.
Currently at Advocacy Partners in Tallahassee, Steve was the State Director in Florida for Barack Obama's campaign in 2008, and a senior advisor in 2012. Most recently, Steve ran one of President Biden's 2020 SuperPACs, Unite the Country. Previously, Steve ran the Florida Democratic Party's House DEmocratic Caucus.
