Room Block Deadline:
The Reservation Deadline has been extended until end-of-day Monday, November 23, 2020.
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be guaranteed with your credit card. A 5-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled after the 5-day deadline, you will be charged a two-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.
Additional Tax and Service Charges:
Rates are subject to 12.5% tax, based on single or double occupancy. State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
Resort Fee:
The resort fee (normally $35.00) has been discounted to $25.00 (per night) for AIF Conference registrants. The fee will cover several amenities which at this time include: Complimentary general bandwidth in meeting space and enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to 6 devices, unlimited local and domestic long distance calls, daily bike rental through Grande Lakes Sports, transportation to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Disney theme parks, driving range privileges, and daily recreational activities.
Parking:
All AIF Annual Conference participants staying at the hotel will receive a reduced self-parking rate of $25.00 per day. JW Marriott offers valet parking for $40 per day.
Additional Information:
The room block rate is available to Conference registrants 3 days prior to and 3 days after the Conference.
