Cancellation Policy:

Your reservation will be guaranteed with your credit card. A 5-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled after the 5-day deadline, you will be charged a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.

Additional Tax and Service Charges:

Rates are subject to 12.5% tax, based on single or double occupancy. State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.

Parking:

Disney’s Contemporary Resort Guests: Complimentary self-parking at the Hotel and Disney theme parks is available for all guests staying at the Hotel.

Alternate Hotel Guests: Complimentary self-parking at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Let the security team know you are heading to the Convention Center for the AIF Annual Conference.

Theme Park Tickets and Exclusive Benefits:

Walt Disney World theme park tickets can be purchased through the hotel reservation’s link above. As a conference attendee, you have access to special Theme Park tickets and advance purchase savings with an added BONUS on multi-day tickets for you and your travel party. Theme Park Tickets are valid up to seven days before, during and seven days after your meeting dates.
